Moses® Coarse Salt is a coarse sea salt developed for the food service sector.It is available in economy size packs of 5 kg and in salt grinders. The stylish MOSES® salt grinders are easy to refill using the 5 kg economy packs.
Fleur de sel literally means “flower of salt”. It is the first top layer that forms on the water surface of the salt basins.
MOSES® Fleur de Sel is manually harvested according to ancient tradition, resulting in very limited production quantities.
