MOSES® 0.8–1.2 is a medium fine food-grade salt characterized by pure grains and broad functional performance across multiple food processing applications.With a controlled grain size between 0.8 and 1.2 mm (800–1,600 µm), this salt scores particularly well as a topping salt, delivering visual appeal and consistent distribution without caking.
MOSES® 0.8–1.2 is widely used as a topping salt for snacks, including bagels, pretzels, and salt sticks, as well as in the production of savory snacks. Its grain structure also makes it suitable for fish smokehouses, decorative applications on dried fish, and gut processing.
In addition, this medium fine salt performs reliably in seasoning mixes and in fish and meat production, where uniform grain size and additive-free composition are required.The product is also available in bulk (by silo wagon) and supplied without additives, ensuring a free-flowing, non-caking performance.
